Return & Refund Policy

At NVZ Club, each item is made to order through our production partner. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, change of mind, or color preference.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• your order number
• photos of the item

We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Unclaimed or returned packages due to delivery issues
